1. General Terms & Acceptance

Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be voided and forfeited in full.
3. Account Registration & Security

One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on ok688 at any given time. Account Security Responsibilities

KYC Verification

Withdrawal to Original Payment Method
ok688 operates a policy of returning funds to the same payment method that was used for the most recent deposit wherever technically feasible. Currency

Declined Transactions

In such circumstances, ok688 will notify the affected player and may request additional documentation before processing is resumed.
5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
ok688 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins offers, and cashback promotions tied to cricket season events such as BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup fixtures. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published in full on the relevant promotion page before a player opts in. By claiming any bonus, the player confirms that they have read and accepted the terms applicable to that specific promotion.
Welcome Bonus

Wagering Requirements

Where ok688 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, all bonuses and winnings associated with the abusive activity will be voided, and the account will be suspended or permanently closed.
6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

To protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of the entire player community, certain types of conduct are expressly prohibited. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct are subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account at the time of closure.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ok688:
- Using any form of automated software, robot, script, or mechanical or electronic device to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise operate the platform;

- Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under the laws of Bangladesh;
- Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or sporting event offered on the platform.
ok688 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, ok688 reserves the right to act immediately without prior notice to the player concerned. ok688 may also share relevant information with law enforcement agencies, payment processors, and other gaming operators where required or appropriate.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
ok688 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; suspected bonus abuse; a player's self-exclusion request; or a player's request to close their own account.
Player-Initiated Closure
Players who wish to voluntarily close their ok688 account may do so at any time by contacting the ok688 support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, ok688 will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining real-money account balance to the player's registered payment method, provided that all outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied. Bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be removed without compensation.
ok688-Initiated Closure
Where ok688 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, ok688 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the funds held in the account at the time of closure pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the withheld funds will be returned to the player. Where a breach is confirmed, ok688 may forfeit some or all withheld funds in accordance with the nature and severity of the breach.
Dormant Accounts
An ok688 account is considered dormant if the player has not logged in and placed at least one real-money bet or game round within a period of 12 consecutive months. ok688 will notify the player by email prior to applying any dormancy fee. A dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month will be applied to accounts that remain dormant after the notification period. ok688 will not allow an account balance to fall below zero as a result of dormancy fees; once the balance reaches zero, no further dormancy fee will be charged.
Re-activation
Players who wish to re-activate a dormant ok688 account may do so by logging in and contacting the support team. Re-activation is subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Players who have previously self-excluded their account may not re-activate until the self-exclusion period has expired and a mandatory cooling-off period of 7 days has elapsed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ok688, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliated entities shall not be liable to any player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the player's use of, or inability to use, the ok688 platform or any service, content, or feature made available through it.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, ok688 shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials;
- Any interruption, delay, or failure of the platform caused by circumstances beyond ok688's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power failures, acts of God, or third-party service provider outages;
- Any loss of data or corruption of data arising from the use of the platform;
- Any decisions made by a player in reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcomes;
- Any tax liability incurred by a player as a result of winnings received from ok688;
- Any loss arising from a player's voluntary use of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, time-outs, or self-exclusion.
ok688's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ok688 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ok688's liability for death or personal injury caused by ok688's own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
